We had an incredible experience working with Chris and Glass Tek! After having our car broken into while on vacation in Las Vegas, we looked up most glass repair companies in Southern Utah and found Glass Tek. Chris was very polite and worked with us to find a time that worked best to come have our window replaced.Everyone was very friendly and it made this bad situation much easier to handle. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Glass Tek if you ever run into a situation like we did! Also they left a crumbl cookie for us in the car when we came to pick it up! I went to the guys at Glass Tek last minute after hitting a large hawk on the highway going 80mph. They squeezed me into their schedule and had my windshield fixed within an hour. The guys were extremely nice and Chris even have me a ride to a local breakfast shop while i waited to get a bite to eat. They could tell I was a bit shaken from the experience and went above and beyond to help me. Once I returned to my car I saw they gave me a crumbl cookie with their logo on it. That was the icing on top. I 10000% recommended them for all of your auto needs. This is what exceptional customer service looks like

I drove from Salt Lake City to St. George and along the way got a 2 inch rock chip in my windshield. Braden at GlassTek was just closing the store on a Saturday afternoon when I arrived. I called ahead, he said he would wait for me, he repaired my rock chip perfectly! He was so pleasant and accommodating! I was so impressed that he would stay open after hours to repair my windshield. I’m sure had the crack not but been repaired immediately I would have been buying a new windshield. THANK YOU GLASSTEK!

I do not post reviews very often but I definitely feel like Glass Tek deserves recognition. I travelled from Cedar City to St. George to get my windshield replaced because they offered me an UNBEATABLE price on my windshield replacement and installation! (We’re talking almost $200 less than other places in town) They also were able to get me in the very next day for the replacement. The people who work there are equally as AMAZING! They were all so kind and I actually had a great time just hanging out with them while they did the replacement. I want to say a HUGE thank you to Chris and Troy specifically for their kindness and help! I will definitely be recommending this business to anyone I know who needs any window or windshield repair/replacements and I will definitely be a returning customer 🙂

They were fast, had a great price and went over and above on service. I had an aftermarket sunblock screen on the window and they made sure to remove it carefully and replace it again. They even went to Lowes to get additional adhesive so it would be a good as new. They were extremely nice and attentive. So good to see in this day of everyone jacking up prices and doing a half-baked job.

What a wonderful experience. Chris could have easily overcharged me in my desperation to fix my leaky windshield with a silicon hack job, but he didn’t. Not only did he fix my windshield and give it a proper seal, but my car was returned like I had sent it to a detail shop. I was also pleasantly surprised with a box of cookies upon its return. As someone who has been left disappointed with repairs from the auto industry, this experience with Chris and his team made my day. My appreciation for the quality of service, timeliness, and hospitality were what led me to leave this review. The cookies were just a cherry on top 🙂

Called and talked with Chris at Glass Tek about a front window replacement on my Jetta. He quoted a fair price and was able get my car in the shop when it was convenient for me, which can be tough with my busy schedule. The window was installed quickly and properly. They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior.
When I got in my car they had left a nice Crumbl treat on the seat. Glass Tek is a local business and if you like the hometown treatment, well, you really should see them for your glass work and calibrations.

Great service. Fair price.
After the frustration of trying to get a quote from Safelite, I gave up and called Glass Tek. Chris was great to work with, and the price was much better than I expected. He also worked with my schedule to drop my truck off before he opened, and pick it up after he closed. I’m very pleased with his work. 10/10 would recommend!

Wow! An unexpected wonderful experience! Fantastic workmanship, and incredible customer service! Very honest pricing, quick and efficient, and respectful of our time!
